(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I wish to thank all the acute nurse team and staff that helped throughout my illness, for their time and effort and all were on the ball to help at anytime.  Thank you.

Thank you for your kind feedback. Acute care at home treat patients daily in their own home resulting in admission avoidance to hospital. It is great for the staff to receive positive feedback and I will certainly pass this on to the team.
