"I haven't heard from my health visitor"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Bexley 0 to 19 Children’s Public Health Service

(as a service user),

I haven't heard from my health visitor since March. I have tried calling and emailing but to no avail. Last time I called I was told my information hadn't been transferred to the new system yet, which means I am still left without a health visitor. I have asked to be signposted to some support but have had no response. I am desperate for help but can't find any.
