"Poor communication "

Due to having to get three buses was running late. I was told to get on the bus when it arrived which I did then was told my appointment would be over the phone yet noone called.

I have called nhs 111 and your service arrived to put me on the crisis call back back for the day yet that was 09.09.21 and still awaiting a call.
