About: Oncology / Cancer Centre Ward 2B Oncology / Physical Activity Classes

(as a service user),

Following recovery from endometrial cancer I was referred by my oncology nurse specialist Elish to Joe, Friends of the Cancer Centre’s Physical Activity Coach.

What an amazing service!

I was feeling a bit lost after a  good recovery from cancer and had lost my strength and fitness.

Joe was brilliant at keeping me motivated to continue with the online exercise classes . I have now reached my goals of feeling stronger and fitter and have been able to resumme my much loved hobbie of hiking in the mourne mountains.

Can't thank you enough Joe and all those involved in this wonderful service.
