(as a service user),

Thank you Lou & Graham from Monklands hospital who came to assess my elderly father who is recovering from Covid. We appreciate all your care & support when we were becoming overwhelmed by his symptoms. You left us feeling reassured that we were doing the best & giving my dad what he needed. He had a full MOT and hopefully he will make a full recovery. Thank you all for your help. Amazing support in our community

I am delighted to hear you had a positive experience with our service and I hope your father continues to recover from Covid. Our Practitioners take great pride in trying to deliver the best possible care they can, so it is lovely to read that you have felt the benefit of this. Thank you for taking the time to contact us via Care Opinion. It is lovely to hear that your dad received a high standard of care when he needed it most. Our staff work tirelessly to ensure all our patients are well looked after, but it is always nice see it recognised.
