Rang for a family member. Took 150 tries to get through. Put on hold. Asked had I rang some other organisations ( it was about a mental health problem) which are counselling services with waiting lists and actually not relevant. Then corrected how to pronounce the person's surname ( the wrong pronounaction) which was annoying and they told to wait for a call sometime the following week. Not a good experience for a delicate matter.
"Not helpful."
