"Amazing service at the hospital"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

My son trapped his thumb in a door. Despite the ED being so busy, all the staff were so kind and professional. Dr George the consultant in minors, was so busy but took time to show my son his x-ray and was cheerful throughout. The pressure the department was under was obvious and my family appreciate our care so much today.

What a sore wee accident that must have been! Your poor boy!

What a lovely comment regarding Dr George, I can share with you that our Director and Chief Nurse will personally take the time to pass on their thanks to both Dr George and the entire ED Team, along with your own really kind feedback.
