"Cataract surgery at SPAMedica Wirral"

I am very satisfied with the service I received from SPA Medica in Birkenhead.

The nursing staff was very polite and explained all the question I had. I attended a pre-surgery appointment when the Ophthalmologist examined the eyes and informed me about the procedure. Very professional and courteous.

On the day of the surgery I was seen by very friendly nurse who gave me the initial anaesthetics and took my blood pressure.

Prior to the operation, the surgeon introduced himself which was helpful because I felt in safe hands after this and trusted his expertise. I want to thank him for the wonderful job he did on my right eye. The surgery itself was conducted quickly and efficiently. In fact, I was surprised that it was over so quickly.

I received the proper medication and a leaflet explaining step by step what I could expect post surgery.

The building is modern and hygienic which put me at ease.

To conclude, I am very satisfied with the service I got from SpaMedica Wirral and the professional staff.
