"Worse experience ever"

About: Dr Leighton L Practice

I have moved a lot in the last 10 years and Aveley medical centre is the worst. It took me 90min to stay on the phone for someone to answer it and in the middle of conversation the line cut off, so I been placed in at the back of the queue. Waited for another hour to speak with receptionist. When visiting practice, seems that the workers got way too much on their shoulders and cant cope with it. I met old guy standing outside for half an hour and no one from practice bothered to come to explain him how he book his appointment. just very bad experience.Looking to register with another practice at the moment.
