It takes about 40 minutes to answer the phone and sometimes after about 15 minutes you get cut off.
Reception staff have no compassion whatsoever, are short and dismissive. Had a blood test to see If my Prostate was cancerous. After waiting a month I phoned in to get the results.
The excuses are always, very busy and covid.
