I have tried over 2 days to contact this practice to arrange a blood test. I have registered with 'Engage/Consult' but this doesn't appear to help as it just leads to messages that no appointments are available or that this surgery doesn't offer a messages service, try phoning and you will be told they are having problems with their phone system (this problem seems to have been going on for months) and that you are, in my case, No 26 in the queue. Far from patient friendly the website is complicated and leads you round in circles with no result. All I want is a blood test but with no efficient way of contacting the surgery this seems to be impossible. I will be investigating how I can take this complaint further as I know I am not the only one thoroughly dissatisfied with the station practice.
