Although I did have to wait on the phone a long time to get through to reception, the follow up consultation by telephone with a new female doctor proved to be useful. She listened carefully and was thorough in her questions suggesting tests that might need to be done. I felt reassured after the call.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, two different doctors have referred me to consultants for which I am grateful which has resulted in a date for surgery.
Very pleased with the care I have received at Addison House which seems to be improving.
