"Terrible experience "

Attended a&e with chronic stomach pain and a swollen non working stoma, I can't sit for kind due to massive hernia and still needing major surgery. I ended up having to lay on the floor due to having sat for 8 hours waiting crying in pain and literary begging to lay down somewhere was told to either stand up or sit down, ended up having to lay on the floor in the waiting room, some staff are totally uncaring and rude. I now feel I have nowhere to turn for help and would never ever want to go there again an absolute disgusting way to treat someone who also has severe anxiety and autism I now fell completely lost and scared for the next time my stoma is not working.
