"Poorly run practice"

This is an extremely poorly run practice. Very difficult to get through to on the phone and even harder to get an an appointment. Surly and unhelpful support staff who would clearly be somewhere else. Clinicians are on very short hours and seem unable to keep up with the workload. I recently ran out of insulin and had to request a repeat prescription on three separate occassions before I was successful.
