Nobody cares at this surgery. Can’t get an appointment for days. Face to face appointments are impossible to get. Phone appointments take up to 3 days to get. Then they txt and say we will ring you between 9am-6pm. What if you’re at work? There’s no specific time for an appointment. When and if you get an appointment by phone they fob you off by saying give a sample of urine or sputum which takes a few more days. Meanwhile you carry on dying🙄 Absolutely terrible service.

Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that your recent experience has not been a positive one. Please can you urgently contact the surgery on 01282 731490 and ask to speak with the Practice Manager providing your full details so we can investigate this matter for you.

Our staff are busy dealing with hundreds of calls daily. Patients can also email us if there are delays on the phone. Please contact the surgery with your name and contact details to allow us to investigate further.
