(as the patient),

I was seen by Dr Laube in NHS Lothian after 2 years of waiting for a dermatology appointment with recurrent skin infections requiring antibiotics. Dr Laube was very professional, took her time in the consultation, listened to my concerns, examined me thoroughly, explained possible diagnosis and options for treatment. I just wanted to say thank you for all your help.
