"Absolutely disgraceful "

I have a I suffer from Menieres Syndrome that causes tinnitus, vertigo, anxiety and panic attack and blurred vision. I could not get to see my doctor so they told me to go here. When I arrived 4 people waiting I had a consultation straight away then I was told to wait. All the patients were seen to and left. Then more people arrived and were seen to and left whilst I was still left waiting. I complained and the nurse said why has your doctor sent you here for a minor ear infection you could be waiting for four and a half hours. They were leaving me till last as they seemed to think my condition wasn’t serious. I left in disgust and had to try and get some medication from my doctors without being able to see him. This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behaviour by the nurses. They were purposely making me wait in my opinion as they didn’t deem my reason for being there serious.
