While gp practices are often getting a hard time recently I want to praise the excellent service yesterday. My child was unwell and a friendly receptionist Wendy arranged promptly for an appointment with Nurse Practitioners Lynsey and Sheila to review him that day. They spent over an hour with him and after getting further advice from the hospital we were promptly seen by the children’s ward. We received prompt and fantastic attention from Emma leaving feeling reassured and also better! Thanks Park Terrace and the Paediatric ward.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, especially at such a worrying time with your wee boy.

It is great to hear that everyone made your little boys’ journey a good one and helped reassure you as parents. I hope he is keeping much better.

I will share with Emma and the Paediatric ward team, it will make their day! I am sure the Park Terrace team will also be pleased.
