I contacted Greater Manchester Bereavement Service because I wanted help to find out if counselling services would be available to me. They were helpful and supportive, they talked me through the information and helped me to decide which option was the best for me.
They even offer their support for someone to turn to until the counselling started - which I did take them up on.
I was so impressed with this organisation.
