"All services are good"

I am a woman in her 60's. I am in northern Ireland more than 5 years. I am diabetic and it is cause of many problems for me. I have both charcot feet and also a wound under my foot. I used a lot of services here. All of them are good and nurses and doctors and all hospitals staffs are very kind. Just I want to ask they listen to me more because I know my body in these long years and for example when I say I think I have some infection in my body. They have to give me soon and they prevented me from going to the hospital. Thankyou so much for everything.
