"First hospital overnight stay"

About: Borders General Hospital / General Surgery (Ward 7)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the Borders General Hospital on recently and discharged a few days later. I wasn't expecting to be staying overnight however my experience was indeed a good one and I am now on my way to full recovery. I was on ward 7 in room 2 for my treatment. I would like to thank all the day and night staff who helped my stay feel comfortable through my treatment. However I would like to thank Angie and Brian in particular as I was impressed with not only their help but their happy and polite attitude towards every patient despite trying to juggle a million and one things at once. Brian's humour certainly lifted staff and patients spirits. I would appreciate if this feedback reached them. Thank you very much to your team.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback following your stay as a patient in Ward 7, recently. I am happy to hear that this was such a positive experience for you and hope that you are recovering well at home now.

I will pass on your lovely feedback to Brian and Angie in ward 7 and also the other ward staff.

Best wishes
