(as a relative),

I can’t thank the staff enough for the care and support they gave my Dad.   Staff ensured that my Dad was comfortable and maintained his personal safety and the security of his personal belongings throughout his short stay. Thank you.

Dear Tartan slippers

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the care provided to your dad while attending the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, in what must have been a very anxious time for him and all the family.

It was nice to hear how the staff made him feel comfortable and safe throughout his visit.

I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to all the staff involved in the A&E, the Acute Receiving Unit and Elderly Medicine ward who I'm sure will be delighted to hear they made such a difference to your dad while under their care.

I hope your dad is recovering well and thanks again this means a lot to the staff involved in these difficult times.

Kind regards

Kevin
