"Very very poor practice"

What the hell is going on at this practice they never answer the phone the website is not been updated since 2014 you can never get an appointment you can't email them the GP practice is dier please help us not me but all its patients out I'm very sick with hepatitis c I can't get treatment i also need help with substance misuse and I can't get treatment for that either due to me being so sick every time I had a appointment
