"Remarkable blood test service"

I went in for my normal routine blood test and they asked me to give some feedback, so here it is: I don't think anything could be done better. It's remarkable.

I've been going here every 5-8 weeks for over a year now, and since they moved from station 15 to next door on the site of the old Ailsa Hospital, I can get in and out and back home in less than an hour. First class service for everything. Staff always excellent, on time: lady always calls to give results, on time, said she would call at 10 past 10, clickedy clackedy she rings at 10 past 10. (Actually today she was 1 minute early). People are quick to complain, so I want to make sure they know how much of a good job they do here for my blood tests. Remarkable.
