I've been trying to get through to the physiotherapy department in Kirkby-in-Ashfield for ten days now. They sent a letter which I received on the 3rd, asking me to call back and schedule an appointment.
The letter says to ring between 8:15 and 4, and says an answerphone service is available outside these working hours and during busy periods. I have been trying constantly, at regular intervals for the whole time - there is no answer to my calls, and no facility for me to leave any sort of message. So how am I to make contact?
The letter says that they will discharge me if I don't contact them within 14 days - well thats actually 11 days from when I actually got the letter. I've spent 10 days now trying to get through, so what's going to happen now? Are they going to discharge me?
"How am I to make contact?"
