As the Home Manager of a nearby large residential care home, for those living with dementia and younger adults with enduring mental health, I cannot recommend this practice enough. High praise and many thank you's for the dedication towards our residents over the last nine years, and more importantly their hard work, courage and compassion in helping us keep our residents safe and well through the pandemic of 2020-2021. To have that vital link & relationship with a GP Practice helps us breakdown any barriers in providing good quality care.
