I recently attended the Queen Margaret Hospital for a kidney ultrasound scan. There was a delay in me being taken in for my scan but the staff were absolutely brilliant. They were apologetic about the delay and they did not rush the scan despite the delay. I didn't catch the names of the sonographer or the assistant but both were very kind, friendly and professional.

I am also 20 weeks pregnant so the sonographer very kindly scanned over my baby and let me watch him wriggling around for a few minutes. I would just like to thank all the staff in the department and the hospital today from the man greeting people at the door to the staff within the ultrasound department. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received today especially during such challenging times for the NHS.

I am delighted to hear that the Ultrasound team were professional and friendly in their approach. Coming into the hospital to have tests can cause anxiety for some people and I am pleased the team took the time required to perform your scan.
