"Not a signpost to be seen"

About: Armagh Community Hospital

(as a service user),

I went down to the community podiatry clinic at Tarhill in Armagh today, and there was not a signpost or nothing to be seen.

I drove round and round, couldn't see where to go. I ended up driving to the main hospital and going in and asking a nurse, who came out and showed me - its way down another road where the ambulances are parked.

There was not any signposting to say where the podiatry clinic was, whether it was even in the same building. I mean, I got there in the end, but I dont know how elderly people could manage it.

When I actually found the community clinic, there was one sign - its on a rail sticking out lower than the wall in front of it - so you can't even see it until you get right up to it. I'll be able to find the clinic again, but I'd like it if this wasn't so difficult for other people in future.

Thank you for taking the time to write, we are sorry you had difficulty finding the Podiatry Department in the Community Clinic, Tower Hill Armagh.

We are grateful for your feedback and we will contact our Estates to rectify signage for the future.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us.
