"Hospital fantastic BUT"

About: Rochdale Infirmary

My father attended the eye ward (he is 72). I went with him as he was nervous and I had all his glasses etc, which I was going to get him, I sat down with him, I wanted him settled before I left. In settling him down I actually make their job easier in treating him.The nurse came over and rather effusively told me to wait in the reception. Now, I understand covid and I have adhered wholeheartedly to all restrictions. There are ways and means of speaking to people. I wish I had got her name as I would be putting in a formal complaint.
