In view of recent media slamming of doctors practices, I would like to leave a very positive experience.
I had a skin tag on my backside. My wife would not cut it off and I couldn't get at it. So I telephoned Cox Lane and the ladies on reception were really helpful. They asked if I wanted to see my GP which I did not. Wasting time. They then helped me by saying I would be referred to the Cottage team for a small day procedure to remove it. They were understanding and really nice. Sure enough, I was contacted and my appointment was made. I attended Cottage Hospital on 8.9.21 and the reception team were helpful, they guided me through Covid requirements and instructed me (very politely and warmly) how to see the doctor. Upstairs, the nurse was warm and welcoming. The Doctor explained everything and was reassuring ( I know, only a skin tag though) on what was going to happen. The nurse, all but held my hand. After my tag removal, I left thanking all the practice. It was like a full private experience in timing and speed. The individual people who helped me should get a pat on the back. Great team effort. Thank You Guys !
My wife also thanks you for saving her a job as well.
"Great team effort for the whole practice"
