"Polite, friendly and calm"

I was recently booked into Day Surgery to have my gall bladder removed.

I would like to compliment every single member of staff that I came into contact with. They were all very polite, friendly & calm. It felt like the ward was run very efficiently and everything was explained to me very clearly. I would like to specifically mention the anaesthetist & the member of the surgical team who briefed me as part of their rounds. They were very good and put me at ease straight away.

I wanted to leave this feedback sooner, but I was readmitted not too long after this (not directly linked to the surgery) so I have only just managed to leave my feedback.
