"My day surgery experience"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Forth valley royal hospital for day surgery. Pamela and Laurie-ann performed my surgery and they were so lovely. They chatted to me throughout which was a great distraction for me. I was nervous and I felt a bit queasy and I was offered something sweet to help. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience, thank you NHS.

Lauriann and I do our best to make our patient's feel at ease. Sssssshhhh no one was meant to know about those sweets ha ha. Hope we managed to make the appointment more relaxed for you we do try.
