(as a service user),

Well I became drug free and upon moving a few years back I got moved to cgl services. I'm not happy about how many different workers I've been allocated but apart from that my last worker(Suzanne) has made me feel like I can tackle the world and she's helped me LOADS (ALOT OF LOVE TO YOU SUZIE CAUSE U R AMAZING AND ILL MISS HAVING YOU AS MY WORKER) By sorting holiday scripts for me(3 lots) and ive felt privileged to of had her as my worker! I'm gonna miss her cause yet again I've been told I'm changing workers(area and she was only supposed to be temporary) but the last 2 workers didn't tell me they were leaving or anything and just left and I didn't know until I couldn't get hold of them! But overall the service has been great.

I'm really sorry that you have had different workers. This is never intentional but sometimes unavoidable and for that I'm sorry. I recognise how important it is to form a relationship with a worker, to feel you can be honest and trust that you are being listened too.
