Reception staff were friendly and professional and booked me in with great care to respect my confidentiality. 

Katie Boog and the nursing assistant ?I think Lyn was her name we’re extremely warm and welcoming and put me at ease by explaining the procedure I was to have.  They gave me plenty of time to ask questions and I was grateful for their professionalism and quality of care.  They looked after me extremely well and I can’t thank them enough for helping me keep  my anxiety down and the cheerie chatter up.
