"Every staff member has been so wonderful"

I came into hospital yesterday evening via A&E and am thankful to say I cannot complain about any element of my experience so far. Every staff member I encountered since I have come in through the doors has been so wonderful. The receptionist in A&E was kind and able to reassure me during my wait of 5 hours which I think wasn't too bad after hearing many A&E horror stories from my family and friends. During the wait I was kept informed and up to date with the plans of the medical team and trusted their skills and competence. One thing I would say about my A&E experience is that I was very cold during my wait, to the point I actually sat there shivering, but the staff were so good to accommodate me and provided me with two blankets to warm me up. 

I was then moved up onto 4 south late last night. Although I've only been here a short while I am very grateful for the care I have received and feel like the staff so far couldn't have been better. All my questions are answered and the nursing team make sure I am comfortable and have enough pain relief. The ward is so hygienic and the domestic staff never stop, they don't get enough praise. Overall I currently don't think the hospital could be doing anything more for me and I know I am in safe hands and receiving the treatment that I need.
