Great visit an hour & a half given over to assessment & review of my Mum's current needs. At eighty seven & living through covid, with several long term conditions mum's mobility and general health has significantly deteriorated.
Mum wants to continue living alone in her home as indepently as possible.
Today's assessment visit was just what she needed being given plenty of time to try before you buy.
We came away with her assessment plan, a shopping list of what she needed and a list of local places to source the appliance's to help
She's back home with new walking sticks, a bed cradle, a rollator walker and the riser recliner is being delivered Friday.
Can't praise Lucy, OT at Newton Abbott & Devon disability centre enough just what mum needed.
