About: Wychbury Medical Group

My prescriptions are never ready on time even when I keep within the time frame of ordering prescriptions. The medication I have to take is important for my mental health and well being. I can accept on a occasions that the practice is busy, I understand this as I work within the health sector myself. But this is an ongoing occurrence and is happening regularly. Regarding Prescriptions its awful.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for you feedback and I'm sorry your experience has not been satisfactory. We ask patients to allow at least 3 working days, but patients can request their repeat medication 1 to 2 weeks in advance. I will ensure your feedback is passed to our team.
