About: The Ferns Medical Practice

I called regarding my child, under 5, who was experiencing rectal bleeding.

The receptionist listened to my concerns, asked good questions and manages to find me an appointment straight away.

The doctor we saw was also thorough, great rapport with my child and allayed any fears.

Thank you for your review and in particular the positive feedback for the receptionist and the GP who treated your child. It's so nice to hear from patients when we have got it right in terms of quality of care. The whole team at the practice work extremely hard to provide the best care they can to our patients and I will share your comments with them.
