"A wonderful nurse in the Endoscopy unit"

Attending king’s Mill  for a procedure this week was a nerve racking time but as soon as I was called to enter the treatment room I could tell this  lovely male nurse was not just someone who had a job to do, he had a heart. Mark  was so considerate of how I felt throughout the whole time with him. It was very clear he knew exactly what he was doing but took the time to help me understand each stage and was so patient with me. He explained but he also listened and showed that he is genuinely kind , considerate and thoughtful. He obviously likes his work and is very adept and efficient in it, but he can see things from a patients viewpoint and wants to put you at ease and explain. 

I will never understand how nurses can do all they have to do but  Mark does it with such professionalism, kindness, a lovely humour and utmost care . He is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
