"Wonderful Haematology service, exceptional care "

I have had opportunity to contact haematology lab for urgent blood results in out of hours setting few times and I am really really grateful for such an excellent service they provide, always go extra mile to help you. Once I called and was checking blood results and was told that particular blood test hasn’t been requested but I was immediately told they will do it now if I wanted that which was brilliant as it provided excellent care to patient who otherwise had to go to hospital a/e or own GP for blood test next day which would have delayed the treatment and management. Yesterday I called to check some blood results again and oncall haematologist was so helpful and importantly patient and most thorough in trying to locate the blood results. That is consistently an excellent service which I want to highlight for the team , so that they are aware that their hard work, excellence and due diligence is recognised and appreciated by us.
