Today I was at WestMarc and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Nicola, Christine and Lucy in particular made the appointment so simple from telephone calls to the directions to the hospital. I cannot thank them enough. Very well run service, keep up the good work and stay safe.

I was delighted to read you found everyone welcoming and friendly and in particular Nicola, Christine and Lucy who assisted with your journey through clinic that day.
