"Amazing team "

I entered my 9am appointment feel extremely stressed and nervous, even more-so when I saw how many people were present in the room where I had my procedure done. It was a bit overwhelming. But the nurses/ assistant were great at alleviating my worries, the doctor was so thorough and answered every question with utmost patience and friendliness. My procedure was innately unpleasant but they walked me through everything that was going on, and the assistant nurse kept me happily distracted during the whole thing. They were fantastic. I even had a good laugh while on the table. It was the most pleasant healthcare experience I`ve ever had, the atmosphere in the room totally affected my perception of time. The procedure was over before I knew it. The doctor took care of business calmly and efficiently, while engaging with me to check I was doing ok. I cannot praise this team enough and couldn`t have hoped for a more professional team especially considering my soaring stress levels. They were totally synchronised in what they were doing and really cheerful about it, it honestly felt a bit like a social visit. I left the hospital feeling really happy and confident that I had been in really competent hands. A huge thank you to all of you!
