When I arrived there was no wait time around my appointment. The nurse who took my blood pressure was very friendly.
When I went into the clinic to start the procedure the staff were very friendly.
It was an EXTREMELY painful experience, and I was not offered or given pain relief/ anaesthetic.
I was left crying on the bed afterwards, and the female staff were very kind in checking I was okay and gave me some water. The male member of staff however said “you don’t have a very good pain tolerance do you”. This upset and angered me as I felt embarrassed that I was crying and in so much pain.
