I attended the Secondary Prevention Clinic of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit at the Lagan Valley Hospital in August 2021. I was warmly greeted by the Receptionist when I arrived at the Outpatients Reception at 14,20 for my 14,30 appointment. I was shown to the nearby waiting area where Luna greeted me at 14,30 and invited to me to a nearby consulting room. Luna displayed a professional and caring attitude and quickly me put me at my ease before taking my blood pressure and having a trainee nurse take a blood sample from me. ( The nurse carried out the blood test with no pain or inconvenience!)
Luna took time to explain what the purpose of my attendance at the clinic and listened to my concerns and offered sound advice. Luna also offered to accept a call from me if I had any concerns about my health.
This hospital attendance was a very pleasant experience.
