"Support after heart attack"

After my heart attack I felt depressed and started to have suicide thoughts. I turned to so many people, there doors were closed. I got talking to a staff member from rehabilitation and after months of getting nowhere, this staff member got Kyle from chest, heart and stroke to contact me & within days of telling them how I felt and Kyle start to get me help from different people even support from a lady who works for a cancer charity. This guy Kyle has stood by me from the first day he contacted me. I feel I'm still in this world today because Kyle supported me.

I was still having suicidal thoughts because I could not go through life and everyone thinking I was a pest and ignoring me. I still can see no end to things, but iv also got a lady from mental health Ann who is fantastic and between Ann and Kyle I'm hoping they can get me through this as the saying goes; We live in hope and we die in despair.

Thankyou to the 3 wonderful people who took the time for me because so many people don't understand anxiety and depression and have no time for it. I hope someday I can give something back, thankyou.
