Blood in urine is not something anyone wants to see. I experienced this in early June and, after a couple of instances, decided to call for a consultation. After explaining to Doctor Burgess that there wasn't much involved, she told me I should attend the surgery the next day to give samples of blood and urine. I duly did this and within days was on the conveyor belt that she set running. I had an appointment within days at Trafford General for a cystoscopy. This revealed some evidence of inflammation and only a couple of weeks later I found myself having TURBT last Monday.
I just want to congratulate you all for responding so effectively to what started off in my mind as something relatively minor.
The whole machine functioned incredibly well which is extraordinary in such troubled times.
Thank you. Regards, Geraint
