"Impossible to get an appointment "

Since joining this practice in November 2020, which was difficult enough, unfortunately l have nothing positive to say about this practice. I was informed in April that until l had a blood test my medication would be stopped. I was informed by text that l was borderline diabetic and to contact the practice manager for help.

After trying 6 times to contact her, and receiving promises that she would call me back, l gave up. On trying to make an appointment this month the receptionist advised me it would be quicker to use the online app. I downloaded the app only to receive a message that is not possible to connect to Peartree surgery. I'm going to try 111 as my only option.
