Just getting used to being a new patient and my head around the online aspect . Practice is good at replying to messages . Unfortunately I missed a blood test appointment on Saturday . However even the online service is not available out of hours which strikes me as rather inefficient . Why not leave the option open acknowledge the message with an auto generated reply and then deal with the message when the practice reopens . I wanted to apologise for missing the appointment and rebook but I now have to wait two days to submit another form .
