I flew into the UK from Ireland and found my uncle in a distressed state. He was malnourished and badly needed help ...I rang an ambulance and from the operator to the paramedics through to the doctors and nurses ( one nurse in particular kara in A&E) everyone was amazing , very understanding and could nt have been more helpful ....what a fantastic service the NHS is ! I can not remember everyones name except kara but all the staff were brilliant and i just like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that helped ...I left for Ireland yesterday safe in the knowledge my uncle is in good hands in St Georges
