(as the patient),

I have had jawbone infections for 8 years. I should have had surgery a long time ago, but unfortunately my treatment is not going forward.

One side of my face is deformed and it makes me feel very bad. I don't take any pills anymore because nothing helped. No contact with the hospital for half a year. I wrote emails and no one said anything.

I cry a lot because there are days when my back hurts a lot. I am depressed and they don't help me.

I am sorry that you have had to go through this unfortunate experience. I had shared this with the Manager for Oral Surgery who was about go off on leave, she has asked if you could leave your contact details with me vi.gray@westerntrust.hscni.net and to assure you that that she will look into this on her return. If you could provide information as to who the emails were sent to that would also be very useful or if you prefer to resend them directly to me.

Please do get in touch with your GP as you mentioned the medications are not working and that you are feeling depressed.
